Manufacturing Advancement Program
The MCNTMA and Goodwill Industries of Michiana partnered to create the M.A.P. (Manufacturing Advancement Program) to address the skills gap and workforce development challenges of our community. An innovative way to train employees for companies' tough to fill positions, trainees will receive personalized hands-on digital skills training advancing to the NTMA-U pre-apprentice program where they will learn basic blueprint, shop math and machining.
